Alright let's put it out there, Mooseheads is a hole-in-the-wall, where the floor glues down from all the spilt drinks; that secret shame of yours where you always know you're going back to. But no matter how much you try you can't avoid it, it is a Canberra staple after-all, and if you're in for a night out in Canberra you're definitely going to end up there at some point. Decent music, decent service, never eaten there myself, but who needs to eat when you're having a night out?
One of the best Japanese restaurants in Canberra (albeit one of the only ones). That should by no means be taken as a criticism, the food at Iori is some of the best you'll get in Canberra. While the prices are a bit on the steep-side and the interior is a bit small, it only means you'll be sharing the place with less people that can ruin your dining experience. Recommend anything with crab, especially the spider rolls and the Crab Club set platter, and wash it down with a Tsunami, you won't regret it.
Approximate cost: $35-40
