From beginning to end 100% satisfaction. Mine was a small job but from this experience I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Full marks for communication and courtesy by all the staff and for the care that was shown by the 2 men doing the manual work. Taking into account all the overheads for the company (which, it seems to me, many people don't take into account) I think the rates are excellent. My sincere thanks.
