Efficiently run, excellent personal friendly service both from Reception and the Manager. Communication was very clear. It felt like my car was a new one again. The only thing I was surprised with was the waiting time prior to the start of repairs - 3 weeks I think it was, but I put this down to Clarke Body Repairs being very popular with others.
