ONe of the staff refused to spoon a salad from the part of the tray which was not close to a gluten containing tray despite the fact I told him I was a coeliac. Not good enough!!
The owners of this establishment refuse point blank to provide the public with the gluten free alternatives available for Michelles franchisee's. not good enough!!!
The owner of the business refuses point blank to accommodate the requests of customers requesting gluten free alternatives. The reason being "they just dont want to get into that".Not good enough .
They couldnt do enough for us.. the service was prompt . The appliance is efficient.
They answer emergency calls as quickly as possible.
The service is extremely inadequate... The product is inadequate. The service response is inadequate. Im sick of paying for nothing . Its over.. This product is for the safety of elderly and frail people when they are left alone . I have been waiting now for 3 days for them to replace my mothers unit which has completely broken down... there has been no contact from the technician to tell me when I can expect to get this seen to.
I am appalled. This is just one of many problems we have had with them.
They refuse to stock the gluten free packaged cakes and slices.
They say they dont sell.. ..but these are freezable items and we miss out.
I went to this bank to make a teller transaction . I ended up waiting half an hour to be served. I think this is the longest I have ever waited in a bank.
A very relaxing and enjoyable experience.. The seats are very comfortable and large screens.
They have a great rewards program
Dont go there if you have food intolerances or allergies.. They dont have a clue... and I ended up having 2 tablespoons of boiled rice for dinner because they had nothing on the menu which was gluten free.....and I had done the pretalk prior to going to see if they had anything on the menu I could have , but on the night it turned out they got that wrong too.
STill disappointed as I cant get a gluten free meal there.
THey cant guarantee their fries are gluten free because vat can be used to fry other stuff if another breaks down...If they could make an effort to keep the fries vat strictly for fries then those of us on a gluten free diet could get something to eat when we are out and about.
also if they just made an effort to source ingredients which dont contain wheat or any other gluten it would make life a lot easier for us.
