After arriving late, the movers did a great job of moving a 3-bedroom house approximately 10-minutes away. However, getting overcharged for their supposedly 'charge by the minute' rate, and then receiving absolutely no response from Head Office despite sending through multiple emails and calling time and time again, including on the day of the move, is disgraceful. Would never use again and have lodged complaints with the ACCC and CAV. Moving is hard enough, being ripped off my service providers is just crap.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolute ripoff, do not use this company for end of lease cleaning or carpet cleaning. Advise one price over the phone, staff turn up and they double it while implying they're 'discounting their usual rate for you' and after all that they don't even do a completely satisfactory job. If you do use them and get caught out like we did, make sure you lodge an official complaint with the ACCC so their shoddy business practices can be reviewed!
