I went to the Moonee Ponds store today. I found this staff member rude, distant and unprofessional. She hardly spoke a word until she thought she might have a sale!! Such a shame my niece doesn’t want to buy “the” dress because of this poor experience!

I have never had a facial before and had no idea what was involved. The beautician proceeded to tell me she was doing a scrub and never spoke again through the whole 45-min process, that's okay but when I had things placed on my face and wasn't told how long they would be there I begun to panic! If I had of known what she doing and for how long it would have been fine (I have some issues with my breathing). Explaining each step would have been better.
