We had a damaged hot water pipe in the roof cavity. Michael was polite, professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Did not cut any corners or rush the job; I feel like it was good quality work. He also threw in some pointers on hot water upkeep and thoughts for planning the pipework for our new bathroom!
