Ella Rouge Miranda have a great service where they send their members special emails with offers and discounts that can be redeemed only at the Ella Rouge Miranda store.

The girls at Ella Rouge in Burwood are always police and curteous. On my most recent visit to the store, their EFTPOS machine did not work and they needed to try to swipe my card a number of times. They asked me to pay in cash, but I didn't have any cash on my at the time so it was quite annoying. I went there for an eyebrow wax.

On one of my most recent visits to Woolworths West Ryde, I was served by a cashier who had a huge tear in the armpit of his uniform shirt. I found this to be very unprofessional and was surprised that he was allowed to dress like this.

Nearly every time I go to Woolworths Crows Nest (on Sunday nights) I find money on the floor near the cash registers. I sometimes find the staff behaving unprofessionally at this time of day and I find this disappointing.

I ordered the fish pie and it was sublime! The puff pastry on the top was beautiful and I could have eaten two of this dish because it was so good.

I ordered a Hiwaiian large pizza and asked for "extra" pepperoni. The pizza came with exactly one slice of pepperoni per slice on the pizza (8 slices). I thought this wasn't enough, and not worth the extra $1.

I was looking at an Onkyo home theatre amplifier on sale. I was standing with my boyfriend and the sales person approached us and asked how he could help us. I said that I was looking to buy a new amplifier and he turned to my boyfriend and started asking him what specifications he was after in an amplifier. I was offended as it was me who was after the product and my boyfriend had no idea what I wanted. The sales person did not make a sale out of me! I found this to be a sexist approach, assuming that the female party doesn't understand technology.
