ANIMAL LOVERS (ESPECIALLY DOG OWNERS) MAKE SURE TO PRINT A DOG TAG INSTRUCTING THE FINDER NOT TO TAKE YOUR LOST PET TO THE RSPCA. On the other side of the dog tag print... "REWARD offered to finder for returning to owner directly".

The RSPCA in Burwood is a grubby money making business that lives off an emotional public to pay for their new state of the art work facilities and juicy wages while the animals live in the same conditions they were living in 20 years ago (before the flash, state of the art buildings were constructed). That's right! the animals don't live upstairs in the big new blue and white building. They still reside on the ground level - in the basement.

Kind and caring members of the public NOTE: It's against the law for a pet owner to lose their pet (like they do it on purpose?). So, when you hand a lost pet into the RSPCA (thinking you are doing the right thing) you are in fact, putting that animal's future in jeopardy.

Pensioners, the working poor and people who are unwell or incapacitated desperately need and love their pet. But often, simply cannot afford the $$$ HEFTY $$$ release fees that the RSPCA charge.

The RSPCA charge flat fees regardless of whether you (well intended member of the public) or the council dog catcher surrenders the animal over to them.

The RSPCA then slap on their own extortionate cut regardless of the length of time the lost animal is in their care. And, this is all in spite of the owner doing the right thing (registering/desexing etc.).

IF THE OWNER CAN'T PAY THE FULL RELEASE FEE UP FRONT - THEY CANNOT GET THEIR PET BACK!

IT"S ALL ABOUT THE DOLLARS - SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Approximate cost: $125
