I've found that whether or not I have a good experience at this place depends on the staff behind the counter. When this cafe first opened up they had some excellent staff who were very friendly and knew everyone by name. Now, they are not so bad but they're not that good either. So so.

They are one of the fastest I've come across at making takeaway coffees. They are also very consistent with their quality of food. This I like. I can't really find anything bad to say about them.
