I was so blessed and fortunate to stumble across Joe and his emotional intelligence workshop! What an eyeopening and life changing experience for me. I'd highly recommend this workshop or any personal development work with Joe. I don't think I've met a more honest and dedicated person and I've met many wonderful people in my short life time. This workshop would especially benefit people who feel a little lost with how they are stumbling through life, or want to learn more about their emotions and how to better manage themselves or even if you want to improve any aspect or relationship (including those with kids). It would also also equip you with more awareness and give you more self power in raising your children in a more mindful and healthy positive way. In particular for me I found it invaluable for the many triggers that I face from my own relationships and childhood and life experiences! I can't really do the learnings justice with a short post!!!!
