Attending the New Leaf workshop was an amazing experience for me. I felt safe unfolding all my feelings and emotions knowing it would be received without judgment or criticism. Joe would have to be the most authentic facilitator I have ever met, with the ability to get participants to delve into their own rawness of human existence and come out the other side with self-acceptance and understanding. A most moving workshop…I shifted so much baggage.

This was a completely life changing experience. I'd been seeing counsellors and following the so-called 'traditional' methods of treating depression, and decided I wanted to try something more holistic and sustainable. I had no idea what to expect during the workshop and whilst uncomfortable initially, it made me realise just how much I needed this level/type of care and support. I'm so grateful for finding Joe and doing the workshop, the work is ongoing, but I feel like I've got the perfect person and environment in which to succeed!

I have been working deep on addictions and depression with lots of different people and modalities for years now.
Things changed a few weeks ago , the very first time I met Joe , I have easily gained the most growth on my path in such a very short time.
Joe is so different , he can clarify and explain things in an unique way for anyone to understand , from academics to a layman like myself.
He is very Loving , compassionate, caring and down to earth.
It Never Ever feels intimidating and someone "better" is "telling" me his opinion , No it feels like a friend is guiding me to the knowlege I already have only Ive burried it deeply afraid of my own growth.
Joe shines the Light on this knowlege and helps Me gain My own growth and Love My Self.

His workshop was one of the best weekends Ive had.
Ive gained so much growth and self worth from that one weekend and a clear understanding of where my issues are coming from , plus the group setting shows me that I am the very same as everyone underneath all the layers I built up.
Working together in a beautiful, v.safe v.comefortable environment peals back the layers and resistance I had to self worth and self Love.
On Top of all that , the weekend is So much fun , beautiful accommodation, gorgeous food , brilliant music and musicians and amazing gardens scenery and nature.
I only met Joe a few weeks back and I highly recomend him and the New Leaf Workshop, guaranteed.
