Rang their number initially for an inquiry. Found out that my area is outside the boundary of their service coverage area but Ho told me he will get back to me just in case they have another job within reasonable driving distance from my place. Got back to me within an hour and from there i walked him through what i wanted and he was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous in explaining things to me. Installation - the guys arrived on time (Chris, Kush, Luke & Horst) and did a great job. Very professional and polite. Chris and Kush were the first to arrive and explained things in an easy to understand manner. They even drove back 15 minutes after they left just to return my bodgy tape measure (i was happy to let it go) which they accidentally packed up because it got in the mix.
