booking was 11am and delay till 4pm and still no show, i had to speak to apartment building manager 3 times to cancel and re-booked moving lift to avoid to cause inconvenience to building residents. Eventually i still had to cancel the moving coz the truck and the guys were still late no show so no more lift booking for apartment building after 5pm due to peak hours for the lift. really wasted my whole day of 7 hours waiting around for them to come and missed the day to move so pushing back to another week due to my job....what a waste of my time and my only day off for nothing and still couldn't get my moving stress free
