very very busy all you can eat place but very fun experience. the food is a mixture of asian and westerns so there's something for everyone. its $25 for an adult and a little cheaper for kids under 12. can get very noisy and saturday nights are so busy, there's always a 5minute line to get to the food.
Approximate cost: $25
this sushi bar not only has your typical hand rolls but also offer sushi packs and hot meals. great for a quick lunch or dinner. prices are a little cheaper than other sushi bars and the service was always lovely when i went
Approximate cost: $2.50 per roll
i don't normally eat yiros but when i do, this is the place i go. and the chips are to die for! one time i caught the bus on my uni break just to get their chips. great food

wokinabox is great for quick takeaway, without any washing up. fast service normally but can get busy at times. prices have gone up since a few years back but still ok. pud thai's a definite winner.
Approximate cost: $12
chicken coop is your typical local chicken shop. its got the chicken, chips, fish, salad and even yiros! chips taste amazing but chicken was dry once which was a let down :( but other than that, great place

my absolute FAVOURITE gelati store, and i've had a lot of gelati in my life. great selection of flavours but i definitely recommend the vanilla and hazelnut. average price but definitely worth it!
Approximate cost: $4.5
i've only ever been to the place next door for coffee, half price pizzas on tuesday (which are now $10 pizzas) and dessert. there was a nice range of pizza for a reasonable price and a pretty average selection of other meals including steaks, burgers, pasta etc. overall it was a nice casual place to dine in but could get a little noisy on busy nights.
Approximate cost: $15-20
allegria's is a great little italian restaurant tucked away on payneham road, the food is a little pricey but always very delicious. the restaurant itself is a tad small and can be quite noisy when busy but still worth it. my favourite dish has to be the chili prawns. worth checking out
Approximate cost: $20-$30
My yen has been one of my favourite chinese dine in restaurant since i can remember. the food is great value which is why its worth the half hour journey every time. the menu has a great combination of western style chinese food and the more traditional chinese foods. definitely worth checking out
Approximate cost: $15
Chinese Asian Gourmet is a nice little chinese fast food/takeaway that's open for lunch and dinner. Prices are cheap considering the size of the dishes. Great quality meals, definitely recommend trying any of the fried rices or roasted chicken with tomato rice.
