I have been seeing Ebony over the last few years and can highly recommend her therapy!! I initially attended with complaints of pain to my neck and upper back related to computer-based work and tension but over our sessions, she also treated me for a variety of other issues including adductor and hamstring strain and lower back pain. I found her to be both very friendly and professional but, most importantly, very effective. My pain was always alleviated following her sessions and I had a far longer pain-free interval each time than I have previously had with other therapists. However, Ebony did not just treat me passively but also gave me exercises to perform to improve my posture and prevent strain on my neck and back which reduced recurrences. I found this preventative approach very refreshing and really helpful.
I have no qualms in strongly recommending Ebony as a myotherapist and massage therapist. She is dedicated and passionate about her work and achieves great results.
