Friendly and super helpful staff - nothing a problem. Not as cheap as online bookstores, most books are at the highest retail prices around. Decent range.

Zero stars all round. Work is shonky. Practices are shonky.
Manager refuses to fix bad work. Brand new acrylics looked 4 weeks old after 11 days! The lady who did them did the cuticle work AFTER the nail was put on so you would be back soon for a refill because that's what they were trying to sell me 11 days after they were put on. I wondered why she didn't do the work in the right order and now I know why. The nails were all lifting on the sides too at this stage. Very poor work and poor management.
