I’ve been working with TakeOne for over a year now and the knowledge & habits I’ve gained as well as the changes I’ve seen has been phenomenal. Especially given the climate over 2020 - my diet has been paramount to my mood - both emotionally and mentally. I’ve also noticed a significant decrease in sick days which has been especially comforting during the pandemic.
