I went on Tuesday for an hour massage. It was a mix of remedial style, hot stones and various devices that felt like a rolling pin (had before good pressure) and scraping device that felt like glass (terrible) being scratched along my back. When I asked what it was as I was wincing she said it was to promote circulation. Within less than 24 hours I now have very bruised shoulder blades and broken skin/capillaries. The top half of my back is bruised. My entire back hurts. The opposite result of what I wanted from what was supposed to be a relaxing massage. I would post photos but it doesn't allow me to on here.
