I went on Tuesday for an hour massage. It was a mix of remedial style, hot stones and various devices that felt like a rolling pin (had before good pressure) and scraping device that felt like glass (terrible) being scratched along my back. When I asked what it was as I was wincing she said it was to promote circulation. Within less than 24 hours I now have very bruised shoulder blades and broken skin/capillaries. The top half of my back is bruised. My entire back hurts. The opposite result of what I wanted from what was supposed to be a relaxing massage. I would post photos but it doesn't allow me to on here. DO NOT GO HERE

Would not recommend this business. I went here with pain in my shoulder blades and the woman on the front desk suggested a one hour neck/shoulder/back/arm massage. Pressure was good although there was one section that a lot of pressure was applied on and I told her it was hurting. When I got home, I realised I had a friction burn, the skin had been completely worn down in some areas and it was painful. I went back the next day to show them just to make them aware of what happened. Three women looked at it and gasped, got me to wait 20 mins for a manager who never arrived, told me it was an insect bite and they didn’t cause it and then one woman proceeded to pretend she no longer spoke English even though she was conversing with me ten minutes earlier. Absolutely appalling service.

Do not go here! I had an injury and approached the woman at the front desk, explained my injury and asked how much for half an hour? I was told $40. I agreed and was attended to.. When it was over, I went to the front desk to pay. Masseur and the woman were both there. They then said "$55" I said "no, when I came in you quoted me $40 for the half hour" they replied that "due to "extras" (3 tiny accupuncture needles) the cost is $55" At NO time before or during treatment was I informed of this "extra cost". The only time I was told this was when it was time to pay! I stood there for several minutes telling them "no, you told me $40" their argument consisted of "no! You pay!" I would have refused to pay the extra "added on" cost and called in Centre Management, but I had a doctor appointment and didn't have time. So, I paid the $55, told them I was not happy, and would not be back. They then tried to hand me a business card! It appears that they do not or cannot understand their customers, or simply do not care.

I had reflexology here. The guy that did my feet was very nice and polite, but the foot massage itself was average at best. I also found the chairs quite uncomfortable as they did not recline back (they usually do for foot massage) meaning I was trying to relax ans extend my legs but sitting totally upright.

The price again was very average $35.00 for 30mins and I have had better. I would give them another shot and get my shoulders done next time.

always full of stocks, good customers service. staff are always on site when needed. Settings in the shop is nice and tidy. It has plenty of room in the shop (great when during sale time). They provide heaps of check out counters which makes it faster whn it comes to long queqe.

Great for some walk-in rehab. Usually no appointments necessary & only a short wait at worst. Staff are friendly, & offer a loyalty program for return visits (11th visit is free) different specialty massages available & other services such as refelxology & herbal remedies. It's just a shame they're in the middle of Westfield which can be hard to access when super busy.

Approximate cost: $30

Ive been here a few times now, having walked in from shopping one day. The masseurs are all Chinese and very good at what they do. The booths are quite close together and covered by a curtain, but you don't take your clothes off they just put a cloth between you and their hands so they don't mess your clothes up. They also give you a basket for your valuables before you start which is placed under the massage table where your face looks out which is reassuring. Some of the consistently best massages Ive has. Not for the faint hearted as they go full force- which I like but if you like a light touch probably not for you. You can also get a frequent users card which gives you a free massage after your tenth.

Approximate cost: $30 for 45 min
