Complaint sent on 1st July with 2 follow up emails and one response that they will “look into things” with no other correspondence and NO resolution

I am writing to complain regarding the move I had on 30th June at 9am from Langwarrin to St Kilda East.
I was assured and have attached txt message to prove it was $110ph with no further costs however I was charged a “credit card fee” although I paid by a debit card so not only was the statement a lie but I was also incorrectly charged this fee.
I was told that I would not pay by 30 min increments but for every min on a pro data basis. I was charged for 3 hours when the job was completed in less than 2 hr 40. I was assured the clock would go on when the first piece of furniture went in and stop when the last came out but this did not happen they asked half way through for payment for 3 hours and when questioned was told that’s how long it would take. They were VERY slow and should have easily finished in the 2.5 hours quoted.
When moving in the couch they didn’t secure the fold out bed inside and it came out and marked the wall which I will now need to paint over or pay for from my rental bond (please see picture attached)
When time came to make my bed I realised the pole for the bed had been left behind at the pick up location and I was unable to configure my bed and don’t know when I will be able to get the pole to my house as it doesn’t fit in my car.

On further inspection I have seen significant scratches on my furniture. 
The men will ensure they did not do this as they did point out some wear and tear on the items. But not giant scratches in the middle of my bed head, dining table and tv unit. 
This is beyond ridiculous and such poor service.
