We have used Hamley home inspectors for three houses we were interested in purchasing. Each time it was easy to book their services and they provided an incredibly detailed report of the quality of the building, minor and major repairs that are required, and a pest inspection.
Their reports gave us a lot of confidence about whether we wanted to purchase the properties and helped us to avoid one house that required extensive renovations.

Kahlon movers were the best movers we ever had. The guys were professional and extremely efficient. We used someone else to move in and it took 4 hours. Moving out with kahlon movers we were done in just 2.5 hours. They are really clever with what they take on each load, how they load up the truck so that everything fits, and they are constantly moving - there is no standing around and wandering what to take next or how to do it. They just do it. Money well spent. These guys are the best in business.
