Avoid! Ordered blinds for my apartment. Two were unable to be installed due to a measurement error. They quoted the job to be complete in two visits, two hours of my time to meet them there and from accepting quote about two weeks to complete instalation. In total it took four months, six visits to my property, 15 hours meeting them there and countless other hours phoning for updates on any progress and writing letters of complaint (which were never responded to). In the end they refused to pay for the damage caused to the window frame when the installer tried to make the miss-measured blind fit the window. Each subsequent visit to rectify a part that had been made wrong so they had to come back again and again. Throughout the process I received what can only be described as appalling customer service. Westral appears to have no interest in reputation or ensuring the customer is satisfied with the product or services delivered. I'd previously used them to install security screens at the same property without issue but will never use them again.
