Carly and Tim were nothing short of amazing with their professional and personal approach to our family needs for my mums funeral. Carly went above and beyond supporting our family while mum was still alive and equally if not more when she passed and they promised to fulfill her wishes. Guiding us with patience and smiles, talking to us at all hours of the day, and endlessly supporting us through all the sad and hard bits of funeral planning and saying goodbye, including dealing with the chaos of covid restrictions and procedures- these folks are magicians. I rang the workshop with a strain in my voice when my transit van coughed up a lung the fwy going 100. I found them on google and decided I would take a punt with them after a warm and decent phone conversation.
They were more than sympathetic and helpful over the phone, didn't push me for my business at all, and after I decided to (somehow) get the van to them to look at, they got onto it straight away, talked me through all the options and solved it in a very fast and affordable manner.
