Giulia is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable, she has debunked so many of the falsehoods I was holding onto with nutrition and changed the way I think about food entirely. This has really helped with my relationship with food and taken my training in the gym to a new level. She was also incredibly professional and sensitive to my struggles with calorie counting and worked with me to find an approach that isn't triggering but still achieves great results.
