What terrible experience.
Not only were we met with a truck that has been so poorly packed that when opened our belongings fell out, we also had saturated mattresses, a saturated ottoman, damaged timer furniture, scuffed leather lounge and wet cartons.
All damage has been substantiated with photos and also sent to FRS, who have claimed "too bad"!
Even though their documentation stated we would have vac wrapped mattresses and padding/removal blankets would be used none of this was evident upon unloading the truck.
We even had to ask the drivers 4 times where our sports memorabilia was and it was in the cabin of the truck!!
My advice would be to spend a little extra and engage a reputable business.
Our claim is now with Fair Trading for their investigation.
