Purchased a dog collar with rechargeable via USB light... arrived in non working order very flimsy construction particularly around the USB entry point..no USB means no further operation of product.Sent back to them/advised was going to claim refund via Paypal.FINALLY ONLY through Paypal intervention received my money back.Purchased product in June/settled in Sept...in my opinion and from first hand experience..frustrating to deal with...and if you'd like to avoid similar...shop elsewhere!!!
