Wish I'd checked reviews first. Took money and gave me a confirmation, never received shipping info, didn't reply to my contact, then website disappeared. Fake site and scammers.

If I could give them zero, I would. Measurements on this site are ridiculously in accurate. I returned it immediately and took photos of everything. They refuse to communicate with me even though they promised a refund in the first instance & their website is no longer active. Do not order from these people, you will lose your money!

Needed a cat bowl, made purchase on the the 25th April. Money was taken right away but never received any form of confirmation or tracking details. Sent an email with no response and then reached out via Facebook on the 16th May where thankfully I did get a response with my tracking details on the 17th May. Tracking says order should've arrived between 9th May and 23rd May. I messaged again and was advised that my order is definitely on the way and should arrive within 14 - 21 business days from date of shipment (2nd May), making that to be the latest 31st May - it's currently the 9th June and I have a feeling I will never see this cat bowl nor my money ever again.

I would never buy from this company again!!! I purchased my new puppy’s bed through them on 2/8/2022 and item wasn’t even posted until 22/8/22. No shipping information with carrier, it just said pending and when I opened an enquiry with Australia post they couldn’t even find any details of the item. Emailed the company on 8/9/22 to get some answers and advise I wasn’t happy & no reply at all!! Item STILL not received and it’s over a month and a half since ordering! I’ve had to purchase another bed for my puppy as she had nothing to sleep in! Stay away, purchase elsewhere!!

Purchased a dog collar with rechargeable via USB light... arrived in non working order very flimsy construction particularly around the USB entry point..no USB means no further operation of product.Sent back to them/advised was going to claim refund via Paypal.FINALLY ONLY through Paypal intervention received my money back.Purchased product in June/settled in Sept...in my opinion and from first hand experience..frustrating to deal with...and if you'd like to avoid similar...shop elsewhere!!!

HAD to give them 1 star to write this review.. took too long to post.. no communication when I asked why it's taking so long for them to post and were they waiting for my order to arrive from China.. if you haven't got the item then write OUT OF STOCK like every other company does.. 2 weeks later it is on it's way finally.. thought I'd buy from them as I needed items ASAP as they are based in Brisbane and mail usually only takes 3 days to arrive from Brisbane but not with this company.. will never buy from them again.. no f way.

Worse online shopping experience! Made a purchase on 22/03 and still waiting for the delivery 4/4/22 ( there is still no tracking information supplied) Would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere
