Worst courier service. All customer service tried to blame HUBB, Kennards parcel point and Saks Dry Cleaner parcel point. In fact, Courier Pls did not even attempt delivery at all, at our nominated address. Poor conduct and refusing to own up to their mistake. A barrage of excuses, with each person that we speak to on the phone or online stating a different account of events. Instead of sending it to the nearest pickup point OR delivering it to our address, they took the shortcut and just RETURN TO SENDER.
