In short; polite, efficient and very high quality service!
I've gone out of my way to write a review because I'm so pleased with the service. I don't think there's anything I could critique to make the service better. Dimitri is extremely polite and respectful in the home. It is clear he is very hardworking. Veronica also is always professional, polite and efficient taking bookings and payments. The quality of Dimitri's hard work is WOW. It is very clean and he has found a way to make my toughest and oldest stains disappear to where you'd never know they were there. I don't like using harsh chemicals around children and pets and they use organic cleaning supplies routinely. On top of this, their prices are very reasonable. They've got a lifelong customer in me and I happily recommend to others.

Dimitri manage to remove old stains that I have tried everything on.
The carpets smells so fresh and clean. My very old carpet has a second change for life!!!
