Worst service organisation ever!!!

I would not recommend getting your services done through Tynan Kirrawee. Today was the 4th time I have taken my car in for a warranty issue where a sensor needed to be replaced. 4 failed attempts!!! Today was the 5th attempt.

After waiting in the queue to get into the service department for over 35 mins, my spoiler then got caught on some ridiculous unnecessary rubber speed hump. When I asked for advice on what to do, he waggled his finger in the air and said go this way.... I asked what he meant - like reverse? Forward? Left or right? He stormed off shaking his head, meanwhile my spoiler is crunching.

I was then screamed at by that same employee with a Subaru branded polo shirt on, he yelled at me YOUR NOT MY BRAND, I DON'T CARE! He then stormed inside. I followed inside, and he continued to yell and wave his hands at me in front of about 20 people.

Add this to 4 repairs, over 35 mins waiting to drop the car off everytime, if not longer, You need to queue in the morning out onto the street which blocks the morning traffic - the whole operation in just insanity.

There are 5-10 employees milling around looking for coloured tags in plastic buckets, 1 girl with an ipad trying to do everything and then these useless grinning men in branded polos standing around doing little to nothing. Watching 20+ people wasting their day in this line up!

Last comment: Max, who works there, really nice decent guy, tried to help with the first 4 repairs.
