Excellent product and excellent customer service. The best merchants I have ever dealt with. initially, I was very sceptical to buy from them, but decided to give them a shot for a double ensemble bed for my son. Very good price. Firstly, they delivered it at a time that was suitable to me, delivery people were from Sleep-now and not subcontractors so they are caring. We live in a 2-storey home with spiral stairs, so on delivery they couldn't get the base up the narrow stairs. They tried carefully for almost an hour but they couldn't get the base of the bed up. So they offered me three choices including taking the bed and give my money back and ordering an ensemble base in a box to be assembled up stairs. I chose the latter. They delivered the base in a box on time, they assembled it for me in my sons room upstairs and without additional charge. They are friendly, caring and offer excellent costumer service, I have lived in a few countries but have never seen such good service and value for money anywhere else. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY ARE THE BEST.
