They are alright as far as a vet clinic goes. Waiting times are not too bad, but the vet didn't really seem to know what he was talking about. My cat was pregnant and had the flu but he seemed to think that there was nothing wrong with her??
Went for a second opinion elsewhere, was given antibiotics and her flu symptoms disappeared in days.
Pretty good. Nothing like the ads, though. No one is around to help and when you actually ask for help they don't know. Apart from the weird staff responses pretty decent.
I don't know how they have any customers! The slices of cake they offer with the coffee and and cake of the day special are WELL BELOW any of the slices I have received at other Michel's franchises, and when I asked for cream with the cake, the female owner literally gave me a teaspoon of cream!! I went on a different occasion for a coffee and asked for a cup of hot water (so my young son could have cup-a-soup) and was refused a cup of hot water!!
Not bad. You can make appointments or walk in. The walk in times are generally pretty short. The doctors are competent. Worth going to.
I'm not sure you would even go here if you were dying! They wait times are terrible, they queues are outrages and the doctors amongst the worst I've ever seen!
The vets here are of a fantastic standard and they are very compatible with alternate therapies. They are however, a little pricey, but if you have a pet with a complicated or difficult problem they are definitely worth it.
Expensive coffee - $4.60 for a regular sized soy milk cappucino! Definitely room for improvement there. Generally, though, coffees are well made.
