Master Relocations

My partner and I moved house earlier this month, we moved from Frankston to Bendigo.
The boys arrived half an hour early, everything went off without a hitch.
The price was cheaper than anywhere else I had called.
I would definitely recomend them!

We recently moved with the help of Master Relocations.
Youseff came out to quote and was helpful with suggestions. The day before the move, we had a packer in to pack up our kitchen / breakables. He was a packing machine and packed for 5 hours straight! As I discovered when I unpacked, everything was well wrapped and packed carefully.
The day of the move was very hot, but the 3 men and 2 trucks who came were friendly, efficient and master packers - the large truck was stacked and packed to the brim. At the new place, they set up all the beds and couches.
We found that Master Relocations just made it a lot easier. Unlike other companies, we didn't have to empty the freezer (as we only had a short distance) or dresser drawers. We paid a little more to have the packing service and materials, but it was well worth it.

We made contact with Youseff from Master Relocations, Youseff come to out and had a look at what was required to do the job.
The following week 3 men and a large truck completed our move and honestly i can not speak highly enough of both Youseff and his team.

Relocation is stressfull but these guys were so professional and nothing was too much trouble.
Also were very careful with all items of furniture.

Master Relocations was exceptionally accommodating, considering my move was up in the air until 2 days beforehand. They were prompt, efficient, enjoyable to be around. We would absolutely use them again the next time we move.

Our friends recommended Master Relocations after using there service on there move so we contacted Youseff from Master Relocations and he come out and quote us on our move, the quote was reasonable so we booked in our move which was short notice but Youseff still accommodated for us, the guys did a fantastic job all round.

Master Relocations is a good moving company. I underestimated how much the move would cost but they worked with me to make sure the price stayed within my budget. The movers were also very friendly and patient. They made sure the furniture I needed help packing were packed correctly and safely. They also worked very quickly and moved my things within the estimated time.
We are more than happy to recommend this Removalist company to anyone moving in Melbourne.

First time I've used a Melbourne furniture removalist company rather than move myself with friends, and these guys were terrific. Set up appointment for a estimate, which they were right on time for, and then set up a appointment for the move, which they were also right on time for. We had them pack up the entire 3 bedroom home, move everything, and then set up furniture again at our new place.

Between packing, moving, and unloading everything, it was a long day for the crew, and they worked hard all day. They asked questions if they were unsure of anything, like if something belonged to me or stayed with the apartment.
All the furniture (lots of Ikea, some pieces with glass), got to the other end looking great, and everything fragile I've unpacked so far is still all in one piece as well.

Excellent service!. My fiance and I were recently moved from Brunswick to South Melbourne . The two-man moving crew were professional, timely, and friendly. They also moved our items quickly and ensured that the items were not damaged. The preliminary quote I received regarding costs was right on target (the actual costs were somewhat less, even), and all my interaction with the front office per phone (getting info, booking the move), was easy, professional and pleasant. If I were to move again (likely ...), I would definitely use this company again.

This is our first time using for a Melbourne Removalists company as our last move was from New Zealand, We where very comfortable using Master Relocations as they were very friendly and professional they even dismantled our beds and put mattresses in plastic covers overall very happy customers.

They have their own plastic wrap and protect your mattress, and also have porta robe boxes for your clothes.

Reassembled my furniture. Made sure they didnt damage anything, no issues with any of my furniture.

Very professional men that wasted no time, one thing that really stood out was our garage was full and unpacked the removalist packed items into boxes and at the new house worked out a system to stack the garage very happy customer!!!

The two guys who moved my belonings where superstars (Jerry & Will). They were so diligent you would have thought they were moving their own belongings! The reason i gave this company 5 Stars is because they were great. They arrived on time, wrapped everything in blankets, took off their shoes every time before going on the carpet and protected the hardwood floor with boxes. They were nice, friendly and hard workers. They were also very reasonably priced. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Had these guys help move me out of my apartment to another one just up the street several blocks. They were great, on time, and fairly priced.

Anthony and Shawn were my movers and they got me completely moved in under 4.5 hours. It was a painless experience and I highly recommend these guys! They even helped me put my bed frame together once they got it to my new place.

I called 4 different moving companies and Master Relocations wasn't the cheapest, but they had everything I was looking for. I didn't want movers that just pick up my things and throw them in the truck, I wanted it wrapped and padded and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for removalists that didnt know what they where doing. I'm more than happy that I decided to use Master Relocations.

These guys are amazing! They were on time and ready to work as soon as they got out of the truck. They worked very hard and very quickly. They finished my 2 bedroom apartment in about 4 hours! Then they unpacked in less than 3 hours!!

What made it better is that the guys were also very friendly and courteous and hilarious. I would definitely use them if and when I move again. =)

Highly recommend these guys. Youseff led a team of 4 for a great price. We had a monster move, took 9 hours because we didn't prep at all. These guys packed, and moved all our stuff from a third story apt with no elevator. Great attitude the whole time, very friendly and thorough, always ready to go the extra mile.
