Dr Max Michael and Paula Lindsay (Practice Manager) are fantastic. They have a talk straight attitude, are always on time, and run a highly organised practice. Communication is clear and evidence-based options are always provided giving you (the patient) the right information to make the best decision.

I had a semi-complicated forceps delivery as my 4.5kg baby was not descending after 2 hours of full dilation and was not in the right position. The next day one of the senior midwives said to me there are only four Drs she would trust to do forceps delivery and Dr Max was one of them – he is extremely experienced and has expertise using all instruments.

Dr Max is located in Cabrini Malvern which is convenient as he takes the time to do nearly daily rounds of the Maternity Ward to see how you are travelling. Patient care (at home) after delivery has been fantastic so far with both Dr Max and Paula making me feel supported and answering all my questions.

I will be coming back for round two in a couple of years.
