Don’t buy from Temple and Webster!!!! We purchased 3 items for my 89 year old mother. All 3 were delivered on different days, none within the delivery timeframe specified. 2/3 were delivered to her apartment and one was dumped in the foyer without notice. All 3 were large items so no hope of my elderly mother being able to carry/move them herself. For 2/3 of the items we were advised by text on the day of delivery (too bad if that didn’t suit) that they would arrive ‘sometime’ that day. No courtesy phone call as to when that might be of course. The third item turned up unannounced - good thing she was home that day. Allied Express are their delivery company - am told Temple and Webster have no control over Allied Express processes and that Allied only delivery to the ground floor. Not true given 2/3 were delivered to the right floor. AND there is nothing to advise you of this shortcoming in service when you place an order with Temple and Webster. The only way you can contact Temple and Webster is via online chat or email. I was told my ‘complaint’ would be escalated and dealt with in 2 business days. Are you kidding me? We need a piece of furniture sitting in an apartment block foyer carried up stairs now. Do we get our money back if the furniture disappears in the 2 days we’re waiting? I’m stunned beyond belief
