I used Len for both of my children. The first birth was natural but messy and after that I had absolutely no fear with things going wrong because I knew Len would be on the ball and had a wealth of experience. His staff are also fantastic. With my first pregnancy the baby slept a lot towards the end so I didn't feel the baby move - every single phone call the staff were more than happy to help and put me on a heart beat monitor. All of my concerns were always taken seriously and followed up. After the birth of the second child I wasn't coping and his staff were fantastic and got me help immediately. I cannot recommend this team enough for pre and post natal care.

We went from a wireless phone/internet with virgin, to a landline with Westnet so we could get ADSL. After some research on pricing we decided to give Westnet a go. Their customer service was fantastic. As a result of not having used our landline for a couple of years, we had to get Telstra to reconnect it (it was physically connected, but they had made the line dormant). I was badly mucked around by Telstra - 3 times I organised a day off work, or for my kids to be dropped at kinder by someone else, and each time Telstra didn't arrive. Each time I would ring Westnet worried I was going to miss out on a deal that they had that was only valid for the first month I wanted to sign up, and each time they said they would still give us the deal, and were more than helpful in explaining everything we had to do in order for Westnet to connect our phone. Every time I ring them I speak to someone who is a native english speaker, and I feel they go out of their way to make sure I am happy with the outcome of the call. Definitely recommend.

After my hairdresser that I was using for years closed his shop I had the awful task of finding a new hairdresser. I was tired of traveling a long way to have my hair cut, as all the recommendations I received were for salons in the city or around Hawthorn. I decided to try the local hairdresser in my estate and was VERY pleasantly surprised. Without being offensive, I was worried I was going to get a backyard hairdresser - but I was very much mistaken. The owner has a wealth of experience, including overseas. I always get comments on my hair after it's been cut. I had a complete restyle recently from long hair to chin length styled hair, and everyone commented on how good the cut was. There is also a beautician in the salon so I can have my legs waxed at the same appointment. They are a professional salon, not too overpriced and I have now referred a handful of friends to the salon who are still going.

We wanted family photos taken while I our kids were little and I asked everyone I knew if they knew a good photographer. But no-one I knew had photos done in the last couple of years. I found Maree and decided to give her a go - I am so glad I did. She came to us - so we were able to include our dog in some of the shots. She was fantastic. She spent time checking the light was OK for the shots - that's when I knew she was good with the finer details. She kept shooting until she got the shots she was happy with - and the results were fantastic. She captured the kids personalities and made my house look like something out of a magazine. Our shots are natural and not too posed - she caught us the way we would be just hanging about together. Dealing with her afterwards was also excellent and her prices were quite reasonable. We now have a big black and white canvas family shot on our wall that everyone comments on - and they ALWAYS ask who the photographer was. Very highly recommended.
