Mona is friendly, easy to deal with and very professional. We knew we were in good hands since our first meeting. She has a lovely speaking voice and I had many many comments on how great she presented the letters reading in the ceremony. She also helped coordinating the photo taking after the ceremony with the guests, which was REALLY REALLY out of our expectation. I cannot highly recommend Mona enough!!!!!!
