We recently had Mona as our wedding celebrant.

Mona completely exceeded our expectations. I was worried about ceremony procedures but on the day, she naturally guided us and our guests through every step. Her readings were phenomenal, the way she voiced the individual letters to our family were so touching and messages from our friends so funny. Our family and guests laughed and cried. We cannot thank Mona enough for all that she did in organising our tea and civil ceremonies. As two people who were clueless about organising a wedding, Mona blew us away with her knowledge and efficiency. During our initial meeting, she asked targeted questions to understand what we truly wanted out of the day, then helped us structure and plan a tea and civil ceremony that we were happy with. After this, she worked her magic behind the scenes - contacting our friends and family to understand our stories, contacting both of us individually to help us write our vows, preparing all of our marriage documentation and the running of the day. When the day arrived, Mona set up and ran a tea ceremony that our family loved and raved about (she knew all the right things to say to have all the aunties and grandmas laughing and smiling from ear to ear). The way Mona joined together the stories from our families, friends and us was beautiful. We were laughing and shedding tears and most importantly, everyone there was involved, thanks to how seamlessly Mona switches between English and Cantonese. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Thank you Mona for helping us create a day that was better than what we imagined!

Additionally, Mona took the time to walk us through the tea ceremony process and even brought her own decorations to help set up the area, adding a special touch to our ceremony.

Every wedding is unique and that’s where Mona works her magic. She makes the ceremony very special and very much about the couple. She helped us stitch together three different cultures beautifully in a ceremony that was memorable not just to us but also to our guests.

Mona was an exceptional celebrant. Her service and letter readings on the day were personal and touching. Throughout the process, Mona was professional and happy to accommodate to our timeline and needs. She was efficient and managed to coordinate responses from all of our friends and family around the world, weaving this into the letter readings on the day.

Mona went above and beyond and also dropped by at our rehearsal. This helped our parents and bridal party prepare logistically for the day. That said, this did not prepare us for all the joy, laughter and happy tears Mona was able to create on the day.

It was a magical and unforgettable day – one that my wife and I will cherish forever.
