I have been training with Travis for the past 2 years and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. I really look forward to every session which is a massive credit to Travis as I never thought I would enjoy working out. He keeps it interesting and challenging and as someone with not much experience in fitness I can honestly say I have learnt so much. I'm stronger, fitter, and healthier than ever. I completely trust Travis and love his approach to health and fitness which has helped me to achieve my goals.
