I have nothing but praise for this company and their employees, from trades to people who work in the office, especially Rebecca. My home was damaged during the massive hail storm in January and being a single, elderly lady, I was stressed out of my mind. J P Flynn contacted me immediately after RACV gave the go ahead for the job. A trades person came to assess the damage and the following day a drone took photos of the 3 different roofs. An extensive report was produced detailing the storm and other issues with the roofs. There were issues that I had to address, so I contacted Rebecca for help and she kindly sent me the names of plumbing contractors. I was kept informed on what was happening with the insurance repairs and the standard of care and attention was the best I've ever experienced.
