Booked this way in advance for sat arvo in july.
Had to be there at 8:30 we were waiting from 8am Line up for whale watching we booked started at 8.30 but people were confused about bookings, staff didnt seem to know what was going on. We never left the wharf until almost 9:30 as people hadnt shown up and we had 4 head counts. Sorry but if you arnt there on time too bad, shouldnt be holding up the other 100 odd people.
Finally headed out. Toilets and bar on board, toilets ok if you are thin as a plank otherwise its difficult. Lovely trip out to find whales.boat was a little more packed than what I had imagined.
If you are short or not standing right on the railing of the boat you miss it all, everything haooens on one side of the boat and you have to find a space to see anything. No one would let me in ,even when i asked to squeeze in to try n get a pic,yes i asked about viewing when I booked and was told the boats big enough for good sight advantage all around. Yes if you are tall or happen to get on the rail. Saw a breach once through the front windows and missed the one on the side i was stuck on all the trip lol. All in all it was a lovely day out in the boat, weather was perfect,a couple of whales swimming around. 3 hour trip. Great views . Was an awesome day but make sure u r close to the side of the railings left in morning ,right in arvos. Good day out

Great place tucked away in the back streets.
Quiet, outdoor seating in the sun or under the trees. Street parking, clean and bright.
We ate in this time and sat outside under a tree
Staff /owners are lovely. The young girl that served us this time was so lovely and friendly and courteous.
We ordered fish, chips, seafood sticks, huge onion rings, potato scallops all came out on a platter.served with lemons and was striking.
Everything battered tasted so good though this time it was a little greasier. Drinks werent quite cold but we got over that sitting under the shade enjoying this fresh food. Those onion rings Were huge sweet and so good. Thanks guys. Well worth finding to enjoy a quiet arvo. Also have live music sometimes sunday arvos.prices are fair. Sweet potato scallops and orawn twisters are good too

My friend and I came here on recommendation from a friend of hers. She ordered breakfast eggs bacon on toast I had lunch fish n chips n salad. Ordered ,picked a table down the down looking out towards shops. Place had a fair few people there at 11 am. Bit dim with lighting, furniture is nice .decor is Browns and they serve cakes ,breakfast lunches and meals, coffee, shakes etc.
Friends order came out in about 15 min ,looked a bit miserly,2 small poached eggs on the plate and about 4 slim pieces of stiff bacon on a cabatta bread slice, looked a bit small for the plate but she said it was good. She was almost finished when mine finally came out 10 min after here. huge thick piece of fish, chips little salad with lovely sweet dark dressing, unfortunately when I cut my fish in half it was raw. Went to counter to ask for another piece, girl apologised to me, friend had finished her meal and 25 min later my fish came out again. Could have offered a drink whilst waiting ,to compensate but oh well. Asked before how long and was told because it wasnt cooked long enough last time they are making sure its done this time, half an hour later im enjoying a beautiful piece of fish, friend helped me eat chips because I felt guilty of the wait. The fish is by far too big, could be halved and still worth it but not the wait. Make the fish smaller ,cooks faster and customers arnt waiting forever. Was lovely though. I had an iced chocolate which tasted so nice and cold, very chocolaty and not watery.impressed with that one. Prices are a bit high but the taste is great for what we had.
Parking is in the centre car park. Opens at 9 until 5:30 and sat also. Price for mine was $20 for,the fish and salad . They also have fondues and waffles and desserts. Good place to meet friends but not cheap. Nice and clean and imoressed with how fast tables are cleared and cleaned

Approximate cost: $20

Had a work dinner here and I dont think they coped. I ordered a grilled chicken dish with the cous cous, chicken came out pink and spot of blood,2 others had same problem and it tasted jelly like. We did tell them but only got apology.the cous cous was actually delicious with a scraping of sour cream and chopped cucumbers. I liked it so much that a plate of that would have been good, left all of the so called grilled chicken kn my plate.
Oartner asked for the brisket, ran out and that was going on 8:30 and we had been there since 7 with weird entrees not a lot ate and too spicy for others. His dinner then came out with a pulled pork slider,so dry ,so small for dinner, sauces were in containers far too tall for this serving to get out. Tho the mustard sauce was nice ,the chips were lovely too i snagged a bowl to myself as i hadnt eaten anything else other than the cous cous and a small slice of bread
The staff were lovely ,friendly and so helpful, the place is huge, clean, bar the ladies loo which i brought to staffs attention, how adult women can have paper strewn all over the floor is beyond me,looked like cats had a fight in there. Other than that place is very clean bright and nice decor, loved the wooden tables and comfy chairs. Parking is in the big car park next to sealife undercover or open car park opp sealife. Prices are a bit exe for the serves but make sure things are cooked.

Can not fault this place
Dinner here with friends sunday night
Place was busy but we found comfy chairs with our drinks on the back deck overlooking the boats, sunset and water
Decided on dinner later and ordered fast, perri perri chicken for the man, tempura prawns and squid and salad for me,friends had the ribs and steak with garlic prawn topper all looked great and we were all very satisfied with the taste and amount of food. Mine came with chips too. Ordering was simple and we got a beeper when food was ready,.
My meal was scumptious, cookeed perfectly.the prawns were melt in my mouth and the squid was perfect. Chips were golden and crispy. Tables were wiped down and cleared in a timely fashion and we took our drinks back to the deck.
Chilly nights the heaters are lit making it cosy.
They also,have accomodation.
The premises are family friendly and so clean and neat ,great place for a family night out.
Plenty of parking out in the car park our 2 meals cost $51 and well worth it

We had dinner here last night before our show.
There is a lift to the top floor behind the outside waterwall, looks so good.
Go up to the third floor to order, place can get packed out especially when a shows on downstairs.
The order line was a bit long but moved fairly fast. The menu cards are on the side of the line,we had a quick look and settled on cheeseburgers chips and drinks cost was around $37.
We then went down to the floor below to find spare tables which were clean, well lit but still intimate.
Our order came in 10 min which surprised us.
Omg the burgers looked so good and the beautiful golden soft inside thick cut chips were spot on. They came in a little fry basket on a bread board which was a slippery because its plastic.think they need to change that as the waitresses were having trouble keeping food on the boards too
The burger was bigger than maccas, hot toasted top ,lovely bun that never fell apart when eating. So tasty char grilled beef patty, that tasted meaty,a pineapple sweet sauce ,lettuce, onion and cheese. It was so good,we only had that because we thought it would take a while to be served and still make the show. It wasnt greasy, drippy or anything it was a perfect burger we thought.
The chips were perfect as well. Partner had a beer I had llb which really was weak. But the food was beautiful and affordable
They menu had parmys, other burgers and choices
Have a day out at aussieworld and lunch in the pub.kids can join in on the kids menu. We will be going back to try more

Approximate cost: $37

The shed is a venue inside aussieworld on the sunshine coast.
We had $47 tickets to see kevin bloody wilson and his daughter jenny talia as support act.
The venue is quite big inside a shed with a back abd side bars serving thru out shows.
Chairs are set up close to the stage so you feel so much part of the show. Dont sit on the side at the very front lol u will go deaf from the speakers.
The place is clean accomodating and fun.
The show was funny, entertaining and so much fun.
They have a lot of comedians on thru the year.
The chairs are kinda hard on your butt tho lol u need to walk around. The show doors opened at 7 but the show doesnt start till 8 so i thinkmthats a bit long because u need to get there early to get seats down the front. Then there is another 20 min ha,ftime break. The show went till almost 11. Parking is fine out in the car park lots of spaces.
We had a good night and there is food avail, I have reviewed that in another post. Good night out
