The vets used to be 10+ years experience but they've been replaced with vet grads and interns with 1-3 years experience. I had one of these inexperienced vets swab my dogs infected eye then put the swab in the other uninfected eye before i could stop them. Advice on complex issues will result in several different guesses from several different grads over a course of several different visits. I guess the recent expansion into Geelong West and the big shiny office requires bigger profit margins. Advice to HVC is that if you insist on charging premium rates we require premium vets - not inexperienced interns or grads. Going elsewhere.
