They're an efficient business however the provision of veterinary services has dropped in quality over the past 2-3 years. The vets used to be 10+ years experience but they've been replaced with vet grads and interns with 1-3 years experience. I had one of these inexperienced vets swab my dogs infected eye then put the swab in the other uninfected eye before i could stop them. Advice on complex issues will result in several different guesses from several different grads over a course of several different visits. I guess the recent expansion into Geelong West and the big shiny office requires bigger profit margins. Advice to HVC is that if you insist on charging premium rates we require premium vets - not inexperienced interns or grads. Going elsewhere.

Thanks to these wonderful vets for helping save kittens through their adoption program. They ensure they are neutered, vaccinated and wormed before they go to their new homes. The kitten I received, they had put extra money and time into her giving her antibiotics after an infection. They ensured she didn't go to her new home until she was well. Good on you for encouraging responsibility in our community.

This clinic was recommended to us by the pet shop. The clinic has recently been bought over by new vets. The vet seemed nice and gentle. Brought our pet in for neutering and vaccinations. All went well. Will go back definitely.

I have used this Vet Clinic for over 10 years - from annual vaccinations to road trauma to puppy classes to lice infections to births to dog washes - for the cat, the dog, the rabbit! The staff are incredible and treat my pets as if they were their own!
