BE WARNED I cancelled membership and returned fob they kept taking money out for a year and half before I noticed, I had returned fob and they did not give me paperwork when I called to dispute although they could see fob has been returned, and I had not visited they denied I had cancelled and did not return my money, very dodgy business practice

I joined the gym on my 50th Birthday in Nov 2017, after the initial walk through I was given a trainer to show me how to use the gym, all he wanted to do is for me to pay him as a personal trainer outside the gym. After Three months I cancelled my membership, went in there handed in my tag, signed paperwork to cancel direct debit, after over a year of my cancellation, I noticed that they had still been taking money out of my account for over a year since I left, I called them up, very upset, they washed their hands of me saying you don't have proof that you cancel the membership they stole from me for over a year and ADRI whom I spoke to about this was the rudest person I came across she told me, if you don't have proof we will not refund your money, even though they've had the tag without use for over a year as I moved to Sydney, be warned if you leave make sure they don't steal from you, worst gym I've ever had to deal with and thieves!
