The store has a great ambiance. Staff are helpful. On one occasion they fitted a string fine adjuster on the spot without any fuss and at very low cost. On another occasion a young lady demonstrated for me a wide range of cellos. Her enthusiasm and intimate knowledge of the instruments made it easy for me to make the right choice. I've been going to Animato for some years. They have always been happy to demonstrate instruments, without sales pressure.
