We recently purchased new luggage and Dell ,Anna and ladies certainly gave us great service.
My husband had approached them first and they quoted very well on new luggage foe all the family. We laybyed our purchased and it was a pleasure to go in the store to pay it off,
Apart from the suitcases we also purchased carry on bags and locks labels and seals as well as an adaptor.The price was comparible if not better than other travel good stores.

Have had the VS calais down to them when we had a few problems ,the guys worked out the kinks and advised on the best parts to use.Another time the waited for my husband to get the car down there after they had closed. Was recommend RACE by a friend and glad I listen.

Jessie has now move to the Gold Coast much to our disgust but and travel bookings can be done through her email. Cannot sing her praises enough of the work she did for us on our trip of a lifetime. Yes we had the odd hiccup and problem ,,sorted. Jess has left our area but the boys in Birkdale will still do a great job.

Have used Bundy glass before many years ago and respected the name locally , Pete bought the business a few years back .He has kept the same prompt service and a good job. Had 2 windows damaged in unidentified occasions and needed the fixed before the holidays . Fixed a time and kept to it .thanks Pete

had our airconditioning serviced on our vb commodore long time ago and found out later on he had opened own business so took our VS Calais there .Was originally recommended to us by his trade school teacher we happened to know socially.
Java Jim is willing to go the bit extra ,but will not give you false hopes on the job. Is honest and charges accordingly

Had a bad experience with taxis not turning when booked. Had a big family trip planned and found Stanley in our local paper.Wow ,he was on time to pick us up in the wee hours of the morning (4.00am) for our airport destination. After a month travelling overseas it was a wonderful sight to see Stanley waiting at the airport for us with a sign of our family name after clearing customs when we arrived home. His friendly and polite manner made us feel even more glad we were home.
Airport transfers I will only use Bay Air from now on.

I have my pool water regularly checked and the service is always cheerful and professional.I also used their home service while on an extended holiday and the pool was well maintained and it was one less worry I had.
Anytime we have any problems the staff have the right advice.
