Equipment broken months on end with signs taped saying they will be repaired soon. Weird smells come from studio possibly due to lack of ventilation. Pool heating has broken several times since I joined. Staff added stress to a family emergency by being completely robotic with cancellations process. I am willing to pay the contract out but they refuse to cancel my contract. Worst gym experience of my life.

I would not recommend this business. They do not return calls and used very underhanded tactics to take my bond. Because they messed around so much promising to call me back it is now too late for the tribunal to help me and I'm having to talk to a lawyer.
