After my partner had a car accident, and insurance could not decide who was at fault, I thought it was time to get a Car Dashboard camera to record everything and take the guess work out of insurance claims - after looking around the internet I came across this site. I called and the were so helpful explaining how everything worked and advantages of each product. When the order arrived they had forgotten to include a free mount and power cable - not a question was in the mail the next day. I am very happy with the product as it gives you more confidence when you are driving around the city.

Received notification that one of my customers had been declared bankrupt. Called Worrells on Monday to correct the amount owed to us, and see if the unsold goods could be retrieved. Well it is now Thursday and have not heard back from them, called them again and all you get is an answer machine.
I know the cogs of big business run slow, but at this company them seem to have stopped.
Finally calling them a fifth time we got hold of somebody, the were helpful and very nice, but still the phone service was very disappointing.
