Found Jerom to be a wonderful caring person, who obviously cares a great deal about cats. From my initial enquiry, through the boarding of our cat, to the delayed collection, a week later than originally planned, my dealings with Jerom were such a delight. Nothing was too much trouble. The cat accommodation is as good as it gets. I would have no hesitation in recommending his business to anyone that is looking for such a service. I will not be looking anywhere else for the future.
